Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • You have not used the product/service extensively beyond the scope of its intended trial or evaluation purpose, if applicable.
  • There is a demonstrable issue with the product/service that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use the product/service within the subscription period.
  • Products/services explicitly marked as “non-refundable.”

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Provide your order reference number, purchase receipt, and a detailed description of the issue.

Our team will evaluate your request and may ask for additional information or documentation. Refunds are processed at our discretion based on the circumstances.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
